Training at Rancho El Ojo with Cara de Vaca Restaurant

On June 19, 2023, our staff at the Cara de Vaca restaurant, located in the city of San Pedro, Nuevo León, received training. The training took place at Rancho El Ojo, where the Cara de Vaca team was welcomed. During the training, our staff observed the ranch's livestock activities, as well as our environmental preservation initiatives and the distillation process for our mezcal. Additionally, a tasting of all our mezcal expressions was held so the restaurant team could convey to diners our message of caring for the land, respect, traditions, and, most importantly, cultivating the palate to appreciate mezcal.
